LIBRA Vox is a social media page, curated by myself, Gideon. I review books, authors, and subject matters relating to art, literature, contemporary society, religion and even cinema. The page focuses more on the African context. This is the basis from which I start and base much of the reviews. But these reviews aren't only limited to the African context, they extend to accommodate expressions from the wider world. I do my best to bring a fresh and unique perspective on works we have generally come to consider as classics. The main approach and ethos is simply to have these great works be as accessible to any viewer, regardless of exposure, level of education, or expertise on the subject. So my job is to break through the complexity in order to get you to the nice and enjoyable stuff much faster. And that's the inspiration behind LIBRA Vox.
