Your email should state your name, the type of work being submitted (fiction, non-fiction, academic paper/ assignment), and the service requested (Developmental editing, Line editing, Copy editing). Terms of Service

Scheduling 

Scheduling will be made in advance. For lengthier projects, scheduling months in advance will be advised. For shorter projects, scheduling weeks or days in advance will be better. Works or papers with deadlines will be prioritized, but these have to be submitted (depending on size) at least two weeks to one month prior submission deadline.  

Formatting

All formats are accepted. A word document of the file would be preferred.

Turnaround Time

Depending on the length (number of words) of the work and the type of edit requested, turn around time will take 1-4 weeks for smaller works (assignments/ essays). And for lengthier works (anything above 10 000 words) 1 - 3 months.

Communication will be done via email at  info@gideondiego.com.

Payment 

A service quotation will be provided once the work or paper has been approved for editing. Payment is to be made before the service begins. Lengthier projects will be given the option of paying in installments. If payment has not been made by the agreed date, the edit will be pulled from the schedule until payment is received. Payment methods can be made via PayPal or debit card.
